With 39 locations throughout the United States, Firebirds specializes in high-quality dishes such as aged steaks, fresh seafood, chicken and ribs grilled over a wood-fired grill at moderate prices.

Guests can enjoy a breadth of menu selections, including Firebirds’ signature Slow Roasted Prime Rib, BLT Salad, Chile Rubbed Delmonico, Wood Grilled Salmon, Lobster Spinach Queso and Crème Brulee Cheesecake. Children can also order from the Kids’ Menu with healthy, scratch-prepared with fresh ingredients, such as sirloin steak, certified by the National Restaurant Association’s Kids LiveWellsm program. The award-winning FIREBAR® hosts a selection of private Firebirds label wines and specialty cocktails such as the Double Black Diamond Martini®.
The 6,600-square-foot restaurant features an exhibition kitchen, indoor stone fireplace, cozy outdoor patio and its own award-winning FIREBAR® that includes a custom waterfall backlit bar. Dark woods, vivid colors and comfortable seating create an inviting and intimate dining environment. Firebirds offers Wine Down Monday’s where guests can enjoy half-priced full glasses and bottles every Monday.

Firebirds is open Sunday – Thursday from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. Guests can enjoy happy hour including appetizers and drink specials from the from 4 – 6:30 p.m. at the bar and outdoor patio. The restaurant also offers a group dining menu, catering and gift cards.
